The goal was primarily to assist the company in establishing a new call center location in West Jordan, Utah, and secondly to meet, interview, discuss, plan, implement, maintain, and support a variety of major improvements to their Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application. This application was originally developed independently by Mike Smullin in 2006 for this discount laser eye surgery company in South Jordan, Utah, their parent company, and was now being engineered more specifically for their divison.

One requirement of this project was to become operational under an extremely short deadline. Extra man hours were devoted to the project so that within the first 3 weeks the call center was taking calls and making sales.
